Schedule for Graduate Registration Data Entry, Academic Year 2025


Procedure

  1. Graduates are required to prepare a color photograph file (.jpg format) showing a front-facing half-body portrait in academic gown attire. The file size must be no less than 500 KB for uploading to the system.
  2. Graduates must log in to the system using the KMUTNB Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication service.
  3. Graduates are required to verify the accuracy of their title, full name, and program/major. If any information is incorrect, they must personally contact the staff of the Registration and Student Statistics Office with supporting documents at the TGGS Building, 2nd Floor.
  4. Graduates must update their address information and complete all sections of the Graduate Employment Survey Form.
  5. Graduates must print the payment slip for the graduate registration fee and complete the payment within 3 days; otherwise, a new payment slip must be printed. The fees total 2,000 Baht, as follows:
    - Graduate registration fee for degree certificate issuance: 1,700 Baht (including the degree certificate with silk cover and academic insignia pin)
    - Souvenir book fee: 300 Baht (including the graduate commemorative e-book, souvenir medal, and KMUTNB eco-friendly tote bag, created by the Student Affairs Department.)
           Graduates may make payments at any branch of Bangkok Bank or via mobile banking of any bank by scanning the QR Code (service code for payment is KMTNBALU).
  6. Graduates who wish to postpone participation in the Graduation Ceremony, after completing graduate registration and payment, must submit a request form for postponement printed from the system, together with supporting documents explaining the reason for postponement, to the Registration and Student Statistics Division, TGGS Building, 2nd Floor, during the graduate registration period.
  7. Graduates who wish to have their official rank/title announced during the ceremony, after completing graduate registration and payment, must submit a request form printed from the system together with a copy of the official appointment order for the rank/title (applicable only to graduates whose title is Mr./Miss or who have received a rank promotion), to the Registration and Student Statistics Division, TGGS Building, 2nd Floor, during the graduate registration period.
  8. Graduates who are Buddhist monks and wish to participate in the graduation ceremony without leaving the monkhood, after completing graduate registration and payment, must submit a request form printed from the system together with a copy of their monk identification document, to the Registration and Student Statistics Division, TGGS Building, 2nd Floor, during the graduate registration period.
  9. Graduates may check the list of eligible participants for the Graduation Ceremony on the website. If their names are not listed, they must contact the Registration and Student Statistics Division, TGGS Building, 2nd Floor, during the graduate registration period.
  10. Graduates should follow announcements regarding rehearsal schedules, the Royal Graduation Ceremony date, and other details through the Graduation Ceremony Office website: https://kmutnb.link/graduationCeremony
  11. Graduates who wish to participate in the Graduation Ceremony after previously submitting a request for postponement (not exceeding 3 academic years, including the year of graduation) must contact the Registration and Student Statistics Division, TGGS Building, 2nd Floor, during the graduate registration period.
